How we handle your information

Nax-D Cloudworks LLP · Last updated: October 2026

This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in, your budget range, timeline and project description.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare a scope and quote you asked for.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How the form works

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service. If you submit the form while your device is offline, your details are stored temporarily in your browser and sent automatically once the connection returns. They are then removed from your device.

Job applications

When you apply through our careers page, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, LinkedIn or portfolio link, area of interest, experience and message, together with the resume you attach. Applications are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), including your resume file. We use this information only to assess your application and contact you about suitable roles. If you are not selected, we may keep your application for up to 12 months in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement and any legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've shared with us, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us using the details below.
